1,Air bubble on Lens
If any air bubble was visible on your ultrasound probe or any marks on it ,you should get it fixed .
2,Lens peels off
This is the horrble occasion,when the lens peels off
Obvisouly ,it is time to stop using the probe for clinical pratice and get your probe repaired.
3,Cracked Lens
Each activity during the operate may cause the probe damaged .such as fall down on the ground ..hitted by solid subtances.
When the lens was cracked .it will increase the high risks to get the patients in danger .So you shall immediatelly ask the techinican to figure it out
