At first glance ,this artifact may be caused by the electro-magnetic devices.When we switched off all of other electronic devices ,even we moved the faulty ultrasound machine to other places .this artifact is not gone..
After examination ,we found that the Channel board DBM64S was defective .and we removed few componets such as capacitor and resistance ,,soldering it with the funcationlly good ones ,the sector image shows normal
